AUS LIVING

Hugo Tran runs AUS Living and W Agent. AUS Living brings together homes, place, practical guides and free planning tools. W offers property tools and separately agreed presentation and workflow support.

How this publication works

Free to start

Use the Home Passport, learning cards, guides and source links without a paid subscription. The Passport is a personal checklist, not an official assessment.

Follow the source

Current guides show their jurisdiction and check date. Official links take you to the authority; published editions and briefings retain their historical dates.

Commercial work is visible

A paid feature must identify its sponsor and be labelled. Any quote covers defined work. W links involve the same founder; an introduction benefit is disclosed before you choose it.

Your choices and information

Home Passport preferences and checklist ticks are stored in your browser when storage is available. They are not uploaded or synced across devices. If storage is blocked, the plan is available for the current session and you can print it. Clear your browser’s site data to remove local records.

The content-brief builder keeps its entries in page memory. Opening an email draft places your chosen brief in your email application; you decide whether to send it. Sent enquiries are used to respond to the request. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to updates. Email providers and linked websites handle information under their own terms.

W sign-in, private files and applications operate on its separate website under W’s privacy notice. Your Home Passport is not transferred to W when you follow a link. Keep identity documents, confidential client records and financial account details out of ordinary email briefs.

Contact, corrections and business details

For a source correction, include the page and the official reference. For a commercial request, ask for the supplying business’s identity, total fees, dates and written terms before accepting.
